The Wilmington Horsemen’s Group, as of January 2003, will be the new management team at Roberts Arena in Wilmington, Ohio.
 
As such, we are seeking persons or groups who would be interested in renting our facility for horse shows, cattle shows, reinings, cuttings, and/or barrel racing — plus anything you wish to discuss with us.
 
We, in turn, will provide flexible rates to fit individual needs. Available in full are two indoor arenas with make up pens and two outdoor rings with one make up pen. All arenas, indoor and outdoor, are equipped with judges stands and loudspeakers.
 
Additionally, there are 524 box stalls, 100 portable stalls, as well as wash racks, camper hookups, and a party room. On grounds is a fully staffed cafe area, which provides all three meals.
 
We will be working with local restaurants and hotels for a discounted rate to people using the facility.
 
Our group will happily work with you in any additional capacity, such as preparing the grounds, etc.
 
We are willing to discuss with you any improvements that would make your show fun, successful, and profitable to your membership.
